Welcome to check in to Förvaltarbostaden - a very charming turn-of-the-century house on Marholmen. The house, which is from the end of the 19th century, has two floors and plenty of space for socializing. Here you live close to nature with a large, secluded terrace.

On the ground floor of the house there is a cozy kitchen and living room and on the upper floor there are three bedrooms:

• One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed
• One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed
• One bedroom has 2 single beds, 90 cm

In total, up to six people sleep in the villa and share two toilets/bathrooms.

The house has a large terrace and the glazed punch veranda is perfect for long evenings with card games and spending time with loved ones.

From here you only have a couple of minutes' walk to the main building with restaurant and spa. Nature and all of Marholmen's activities including piers, playground, adventure golf, electric light track, outdoor gym, beach and much more are within easy reach.

The villa was renovated during the winter of 2024.
