In the newly renovated Gula Villa, you live right on the waterfront, with a spacious veranda facing the best southward direction, sunny side, of Marholmen. The villa is only a short walk from the hotel with restaurant, spa and gym.

Here, you'll enjoy a spacious and bright living space with many windows overlooking the water. From the south-facing terrace, you can gaze out over Aspundsviken and have easy access to several of the island's beaches.

The villa consists of two floors with an open floor plan and three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower floor. In one room, there is a 140 cm wide bed, and in the other, a 120 cm wide bed. Each room has its own wardrobe, toilet, and shower. The third bedroom is on the upper floor and features a 180 cm bed, wardrobe, and its own toilet and shower.
