Villa Berg's largest guest room is a comfortable mini-suite measuring 24.5 square meters and has a bed that is 180 cm wide. There is also a lounge alcove with two armchairs, a private bathroom with toilet and shower and a lake view of Marholmsviken. Accommodation packages at Badhotellet Villa Berg always include breakfast, snacks and dinner in the villa's social areas.

During the summer months and selected weekends, the villa functions as a rural seaside hotel with guest rooms that can be booked for couples and friends who eat well and enjoy exploring the activities and nature around Marholmen. During the rest of the year, the villa can be rented for private meetings, corporate events, private celebrations or family gatherings for up to 20 persons.
