The villa is light with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The villa has two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. A spacious balcony in the best south-west position gives a limited view of the water and if you're lucky you may see deer grazing on the lawn outside.

In the villa there are three bedrooms with a total of six beds distributed as follows:

• The master bedroom has a 180 double bed
• One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed
• One bedroom has a family bed (120 cm below and 90 cm above)

From here you only have a couple of minutes' walk to the main building with restaurant and spa. Nature and all of Marholmen's activities including jetties, playground, adventure golf, electric light track, outdoor gym, beach and much more are within easy reach, while you live on a private part of the island.

The villa was renovated during the winter of 2024.
