Kolbullekasse

You get a pre-packed Kolbullekasse, complete with firewood, matches, batter, pork, lingonberry jam, frying pan, drink and everything else you need. You take the box with you to one of our barbecue places here on the island, where you cook your Kolbulle over an open fire and eat it steaming hot straight from the pan with lingonberry jam. A historical lunch that is an appreciated activity for all ages!
