Welcome to a traditional Midsummer celebration in the heart of Roslagen, on a blooming island in the archipelago. At Marholmen, Midsummer is celebrated much as it always has been – close to nature, close to the sea, surrounded by the scents and sounds of Swedish summer. Midsummer at Marholmen is truly something special – a place where tradition, archipelago nature, and the long Nordic summer light create an atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else.

The island is lush with greenery and wildflowers, while the gentle sound of water laps against the rocks nearby. Birds sing in the trees, children run barefoot across the grass, and laughter blends with music and dancing around the maypole. Here, sky and sea meet in a peaceful summer idyll where time seems to slow down.
